so i have been wicked busy and forgot to post the last 3 days but they have been really good.
day 4: i had an hour and a half work out with my trainer and eat well..went to the beach the rest of the day :)

day 5: i had physical therapy and eat ok...not good but ok day

day6 : i had my trainer and I also had an hour scrimmage for hockey and eat habbits were decent
