day3
today was great i did p90x chest and back as well as an hour of hot yoga which kicked my ass. I ate extremely well and if i keep up like i did today i shoukd reach my target in no time. I also had my first PT and she told me i cant do any over head lifting so the whole p90x thing isnt gonna work:( so it seems my whole plan is gonna be changed. Now instead of p90x i will be doing hot yoga 3 times a week to improve my flexability whooooo wish me luck xoxo
