Day1:
i had my trainer for an hour and 30 minutes so i did not feel the need to do p90x and I truely didnt have time cause we went to the beach all day......at the beach is were things went wrong. I ate way to many chips and had a smore which wasnt a good idea. i also had a muffin for breakfast which just started the day off bad HOPEFULLY i worked it off by working out
day2:
today was actually good. For breakfast i had an egg white omlet with lite cheese, for lunch i had a 6 inch subway chicken terriaki, for dinner i had a slice of pizza and salad and for a snack i had a fiber one bar.
I had a hour and a half scrimmage for hockey so yet again I didnt do p90x. tomorrow i will though!!
tomorrow starts the real test because i am home all day wick me luck!
