past 4 days have suckedddddd

day 7 I dont remember at all but im pretty sure i just had hockey and ate bad

day 8 i had feild hockey from 9 to 4 which was a good work out but i ate like shit

day 9 was same as day 8 and i also had hockey practice that night

day 10 which is today was good excercise wise but bad bad bad on the eating i had mcdonalds and 2 ice creams...and i feel terrible about it now i seriously need to turn it around now!!!!!! I really want to lose this weight and i just dont have the same disspline i used to have which i keep killing myself about what i really need is to log what I eat whick i think will really help me so i am starting to myfitnesspal.com for the 3rd time i am really gonna try to stay on it!! hope i can

so i have been wicked busy and forgot to post the last 3 days but they have been really good.
day 4: i had an hour and a half work out with my trainer and eat well..went to the beach the rest of the day :)

day 5: i had physical therapy and eat ok...not good but ok day

day6 : i had my trainer and I also had an hour scrimmage for hockey and eat habbits were decent

day3
today was great i did p90x chest and back as well as an hour of hot yoga which kicked my ass. I ate extremely well and if i keep up like i did today i shoukd reach my target in no time. I also had my first PT and she told me i cant do any over head lifting so the whole p90x thing isnt gonna work:( so it seems my whole plan is gonna be changed. Now instead of p90x i will be doing hot yoga 3 times a week to improve my flexability whooooo wish me luck xoxo

day1+2

so far with this blog thing not so good yeaterday being day 1 i didnt have time to post and i ate a bit to many chips and dip yesterday as well.
Day1:
i had my trainer for an hour and 30 minutes so i did not feel the need to do p90x and I truely didnt have time cause we went to the beach all day......at the beach is were things went wrong. I ate way to many chips and had a smore which wasnt a good idea. i also had a muffin for breakfast which just started the day off bad HOPEFULLY i worked it off by working out

day2:
today was actually good. For breakfast i had an egg white omlet with lite cheese, for lunch i had a 6 inch subway chicken terriaki, for dinner i had a slice of pizza and salad and for a snack i had a fiber one bar.
I had a hour and a half scrimmage for hockey so yet again I didnt do p90x. tomorrow i will though!!
tomorrow starts the real test because i am home all day wick me luck!

Tomorrow i start p 90x for 90 days. I can do it i just have to stay up with it. The diet plan is fairly easy to stick by and I will post everyday saying how i worked out and every 15 days i will post a picture of what I look like. Hopefully the transformation is good. I have struggled with my weight all my life and though I work out everyday for hours my body has never been what I want it to be. Diet is a huge part of this. Though I exercise enough find I only get results when my diet is correct. I have a total all or nothing mentality and i ned to stay on track or this will just go down hill. I have tried to do this countless times but I always end up fizziling out around week 6. This time I AM GONNA FINISH! I am gonna take this 30 days at a time to try and better my results! WISH ME LUCK cause I really want this to work for once!!!!
